David Benedict is the co-founder of Grow West Africa. Before co-founding Grow West Africa, he was an Associate Consultant at Encore Management Services Limited Lagos Nigeria, an increased productivity consulting outfit with specialization in human resources development, pension consultancy and financial advisory services. The company aims at raising productive workforce for an organisation and improving the retirees’ productiveness in the nation.

He is a Facilitator with highly acclaimed SCHOOL OF PRODUCTIVITY, an initiative set up to raise a highly productive workforce that will build our Nations’ economy by 2025.

David was the Lead Consultant at DB Concept Company, a business development outfit solely responsible for clients business related challenges such as Technology, IT Security and Performance Management.

His educational background spans across a degree in Theology from Life Theological Seminary Ikorodu Lagos in 2011 and a Professional Diploma in Corporate and Public Administration.  He is also member of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrator of Nigeria (ICSAN). He also had a certificate in Aspiring Entrepreneurial Program 32 from the Prestigious Fate Foundation, Lagos Nigeria.

He has worked in various capacities with organizations such as Aims Asset Limited, Daily Capital Microfinance Bank Limited, Berachah Microfinance Bank Limited, Nanfang Motors Nigeria Limited and All Banks and Financial update Limited, all are in Lagos Nigeria.

David Benedict is married to the love of his life, Olawumi and lives in Accra with their daughter (Christine).
